WEEK FOUR:

How often do you read the paper or watch the news on TV? How important is it for you to keep up with current events?

The answer to this is very simple, i don't read newspapers often, or watch TV that often. The internet has taken away the power of reading newspaper and watching news on Television, since one can get news at any time of the day and where ever the person is via the internet. Reading or watching news is part of my everyday routine. However, i am not a newspaper or TV kind of girl, but i like knowing things and what is happening around me. These days news are being broadcast over the internet, one does not get the chance to read news. news paper agencies have also sort the refuge of the internet, hence making news on the go as easily access as sms on your mobile phone.
Keeping up with the events around one is very important. one cannot be going without knowing what is happening around the world. as for me i follow almost all our newspaper agencies in Nigeria, Malaysia and some international channels as well. Me being here in Malaysia, but i keep myself updated with what is happening in Nigeria and the world. So being up to date with current events is really important.
